How do you get people to care? Take action?
Bass Pro is already putting in the long hours doing the research, building coalitions, writing the grants, and executing the game plans. Documenting these stories in an intimate personal way can deepen the impact of these efforts Connecting the Bass Pro audiences to the characters in these stories can inspire people globally to get involved, to donate, or to start their own conservation efforts. Once you realize that the people doing all these amazing things are really no different that you, it lifts your mind and your spirit to act in ways that benefit everyone.

The Power of Story
We have all fallen under the spell of story, with its seemingly magical ability to transport us to far-flung destinations and provide a door into the minds of unknown others. When people are transported into your story, they are far more likely to adopt beliefs that are consistent with that story. Outdoor brands are using story telling to connect and inspire their audience.
People connect with people more so than facts and figures.
“Storytelling offers you a chance to talk with your audience not at them.”

OUR CONSERVATION WORK
“We are all interconnected, and the water is what connects us together.”
“When you do connect with nature, you understand the value of it, it’s the most important thing there is.”
